What is “Career Aspiration”?

According to career researchers, career aspiration is a life-long journey in an evolving multidimensional career space. The Career Aspiration Survey (CAS) measures the breadth of career aspirations in the three-dimensional (EPL) space over time.

Your career aspiration includes your motivation, efficacy and intent towards a certain career path. Understanding your career aspiration helps you to become clearer about your motivations, efficacies, and career intentions. You will discover your motivations, strengths, as well as potential limitations in preparing yourself for your career in the future workplace.
