Your EPL efficacies scores will help you:
- You can be more aware of the gaps in your E, P or L areas that you need to work on in order to excel in your respective career domain.
- You can set goals and prioritise the development of your E, P or L skills and competencies based on your career vision.
How to use your EPL Efficacy Scores
- Consider using your current strengths in the E, P or L domains to support your career plans, e.g., to secure your first job. Highlight your strengths in your resume where they are applicable.
- In your career plans, include goals to develop in areas where you have low efficacy scores, especially in the career paths that interest you.
- Your EPL efficacy scores will also point you to alternative career paths, where you might not be as motivated but have the strengths to advance in. Highlight these strengths in your resume especially if these strengths are the broad skills (entrepreneurial and leadership skills) that employers are looking for.
Your Career Intent
Your career intent is described as your conviction towards a particular EPL career form. Based on the EPL framework, your motivation and the associated efficacies determine your career intent.
